Hello, I’m Ashley, I’m the proud owner & MD of Igloo3.
I’ve been a professional recruiter for many years and co-founded Igloo3 in 2009 to help the fledgling low carbon sector attract top talent, to make a better planet. It’s been an amazing journey, I’ve met and placed scores of brilliant people who are making a difference, but there’s more to be done. I’m still very operational in the business and lead on key recruitment assignments. Outside work, I enjoy a busy family life, play tennis, golf and guitar.

Geri leads on recruitment service delivery for many of our UK and international mandates.
Geri is bilingual, speaks brilliant English and is likely your first contact at Igloo3 if you’re looking for a new role. Geri joined our graduate training programme in 2015, she was an experienced business professional, but new to recruitment. Since then, she’s worked on hundreds of recruitment search mandates, supporting clients and candidates all over the world.
She does an amazing job juggling work and a busy family life. Geri works flexi time, but typically can book calls between 08:00 – 14:00 UK time.
